Michael J. Kazazis is VP of Operations and Finance for Censeo Corporation, a firm he co-founded in 2000. Censeo Corporation is a human resource consulting firm specializing in Internet-based assessments such as 360-degree feedback, knowledge testing, employee surveys, and pre-employment selection tools. Recently, Censeo's TalentSIM product was awarded Product of the Year by Human Resource Executive magazine. Through the use of these online tools, and our expert I/O consulting services, Censeo helps companies select, develop, and retain talent.



During the past 20 years, Michael has held technology and business management positions in many different industries ranging from Wall Street, to defense, to electronic publishing. Prior to founding Censeo Corporation, Michael enjoyed a seven year tenure with the Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters) where he worked with several operating units. His most recent assignment was VP of Technology/CTO for a division of Thomson Learning. While there, he instituted many changes in the business to allow for more formalized development, testing, release and support of the core products via the Internet.

Mr. Kazazis has an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College (Executive MBA program) and a  B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University.  He is also an active volunteer in the community  with many organizations including the Alumni Board at Rollins (Crummer) and the music organizations at both Lyman High School and Rock Lake Middle School in Longwood, FL.
